Returns Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your Equus Design product when you receive it.

If you wish to return your product purchased from our on line store

- Please inform us within seven days of receipt of your product via email or phone

- Product is to be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, within fourteen days of receipt of product and by ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY.

- A refund will be issued by the original payment method used, when we are satisfied with the condition of returned product. If we consider the item has been used or damaged in any way (not considered to have happened during delivery), a percentage of original price will be refunded and not the full price. This will be decided by us, dependant on use/damage.

- No return postage will be refunded

Refunds will not be issued to any bespoke or non stock items (not in our on line shop).

Any products that are faulty due to workmanship or materials, in our opinion, will be repaired or replaced, upon inspection, when product has been returned to us. Postage will be reimbursed in these circumstances. Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem.
